Nail-biting finish to the Cyprus Amateur Men’s Open 2025

The 2025 edition of the Cyprus Amateur Men’s Open was hosted by the superbly presented Eléa Golf Course, Yeroskipou, Paphos, between 23 and 25 May 2025. 

An exceptionally strong field of players this year, contested Day 1 in blistering winds with Qatar’s Saleh Al Kabbi with a 2-over 73 leading Austria’s Nico Mueller who shot a 3-over 74.  Four players trailed the leader by a further shot, all scoring 4-over 75s: Jack Dyer (Cyprus), Andrew Borg (Malta), Noe Kappeller (Switzerland) and Achilleas Lazarides (Cyprus).  More...
