59 well qualified players teed off on Friday 18 May for the first of three rounds in the 18thCyprus Amateur Men’s Open, organized by Cyprus Golf Federation(CGF). The course at Elea Golf Club was in pristine condition, although conditions were unseasonably hot with testing winds, which prevailed over all three days of this World Amateur Golf Ranking event.
